Villa Dimitris is located 150m from the sea and has access to a 3-acre garden. Villa Dimitris offers free parking and BBQ facilities in its garden. The apartments consist of a room with a double and a single bed, kitchen, bathroom and are located on the ground floor or on the first floor of the building depending on availability. The space In each of those apartments you can find one double and one single bed and a fold out couch, flat TV 32", aircondition, hairdryer, separate kitchen with stovetop, fridge, kitchenware, electrical speed kettle, bathroom (bathtud), balcony. A child up to 12years old can be in the room with their parents free of charge Villa Dimitris complex, composed of two buildings. Entering the property is the big building(building A) . Into the 3000sqm garden there is the small builiding(building B) which has four rooms two at the ground floor and two(mentioned rooms) at the first floor. The garden is full of vegetation and flowers where you can find an outdoor kitchen and BBQ facilities for our visitors as well as areas with tables, chairs, swings and deck chairs where you can relax and hear the running water of our small fountain. Into the garden there is also a parking space. Guest access Villa Dimitris is about 150m away from the beach of Panteleimon. Being under the Castle of Platamonas, Panteleimon beach is the most fotographed place in our Prefecture well known for the green landscape and crystal clear water. Very close to our complex you can find small markets, backery shop, taverns, ect. At the beach there are many beach bars and taverns as well.
