The space The space offers a nice downstairs area, complete with a kitchen, dining areas (dining table and peninsula) living room with two couches, a fireplace, and skylights! Also a half bathroom and foyer for convenience. The second floor has the Master bedroom with a full bathroom and a deck. The deck comes with seating and a fire table. The third floor offers the second bedroom, full bathroom, Juliet balcony, and laundry area. Offers Keyless Entry and Security System. Guest access Full access to the house. Other things to note As a 125 year old historic home, temperatures may vary between floors. The 3rd floor is typically warmer in both summer & winter. Guests may adjust the thermostat as needed. Fans and supplemental heating are provided to help maintain comfort throughout the home. Parking Information: We provide one (1) Area #9 residential parking permit as a courtesy to help make street parking more convenient during your stay. Please keep the following in mind: • The permit must be clearly displayed on the drivers side of your vehicle’s dashboard at all times while parked. • It is only valid in Area #9 designated zones. Always read nearby signs carefully. • We are not responsible for any parking tickets, fines, or towing due to improper use, failure to display the permit, or parking during restricted hours or special events like stadium games. • If the permit is lost, unavailable, or not returned, guests are responsible for securing alternative parking, which may include paid options. Important: The permit is registered with Baltimore City and must be returned at checkout. If it is not returned, we are required to: • Report it as stolen to the Baltimore City Police Department, including filing a police report that identifies the guest by name (as part of the city’s procedure), • And assess a fee to cover the cost of having a new permit issued. We understand accidents happen, and we’ll do our best to help if something goes wrong, but please treat the permit with care and return it at the end of your stay to avoid any issues.
