This beautiful villa is located in the best area of the exclusive Marina de Ixtapa, next to the yachts and elegant restaurants next to the lighthouse, it is newly remodeled so you will be the first to use it. It faces the Marina and offers a spectacular view of Ixtapa's yachts and hotels. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances (stove, oven, blender, coffee maker, etc.), 2 shared full bathrooms, living and dining room, terrace with bar and outdoor living room. On the ground floor is the laundry room with washer and dryer, the villa is on level 1 and 2. In the common area there is a beautiful pool with a splash pad surrounded by large palm trees and lush gardens. The condominium has an administrator, gardeners, 2 booths with security guards and CCTV cameras. It is designed as a space to rest and relax in a calm and exclusive condominium !!No rentals to young groups!! Family space Guest access The accommodation is rented in full so the villa will be completely private (There are no more guests). Our staff will greet you upon arrival. You only need to register your entry from the car with the guard at the complex's access booth, who will give you the condominium regulations. Up to 2 cars can be parked in space number 7 of the parking lot located at the top of the complex. To go down there are stairs and a ramp. The Villa is number 7. Other things to note 1. Beach The beach is located near the villa about 500 meters walking around the Marina, or there are more beaches nearby by car. 2. Internet The house has wifi in the living room, dining room and terrace. It has a very good signal. 3. Television We have DISH TV service on both TVs. 4. Transportation The rental does not include transportation from the airport to the villa. However, we can help you arrange the pick-up or if you call the administration they can order a taxi for you.
