This house is ideal for couples and families. The setting for this house takes your breath away, the sea views from the balcony and terrace are truly spectacular. Within 3 minutes walking distance of the beach. The balcony area with table and chairs for the outside eating together with soft furnished seating for relaxing and enjoying the panoramic sea views. So whether you wish to simply relax and enjoy the view, perhaps with a chilled glass of something delicious, or enjoy the opportunity for al fresco dining, this area is ideal at any time of day or evening. The private pool with sun beds and umbrellas invite you to relax and enjoy hot summer days. A friendly cleaner looks after the cleaning two times weekly with the linen being changed weekly an towels two times. Please note that beach towels are not provided. Changeover day: We will be flexible wherever possible, but prefer changeover day to be Saturday. Departure by 10 am and arrival not before 2 pm , this is to accommodate cleaning and properly preparing the house for your stay. Guest access Accessibility: Guests with mobility issues may find this property unsuitable, as there are a number of steps ( specifically 50 ) to encounter from the car parking area to the villa. Once there, however, everything is on the same level and is the perfect spot for a quiet relaxing holiday. Ideal hideaway, near the sea, quiet, resort, romantic, village.
