Guest access You'll have exclusive access to the entire property, including the house, private backyard, heated pool, hot tub, and climate-controlled pool house. The pool house is a guest favorite, featuring a TV, ping pong, foosball, and a collection of board games, making it the perfect hangout space for both kids and adults. Self check-in is easy with a smart lock on the front door. Parking includes three off-street spaces (covered carport and driveway), plus additional free street parking with no permit required. Other things to note To help ensure a wonderful stay for everyone, please note the following: • Maximum overnight occupancy: 8 guests • Maximum daytime visitors: 4 additional guests (must be pre-approved) • No parties, events, or weddings • No pets • No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property • Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, per City of Santa Rosa ordinance. Outdoor amplified music is not permitted at any time. • Parking includes three off-street spaces (driveway/carport) plus one additional street parking space. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out When our cleaning schedule allows, early check-in (2 hours early) and late check-out (until 12:00 PM) are available for $35 each.
