Vista Alegre - Oceanfront Villa

There is no availability in the second half of July or in August of any year. - IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO HOLD UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES OR EVENTS, which is grounds for immediate termination of the contract. - Vista Alegre is a villa located on the first line facing the Mediterranean, with a capacity for 10 people expandable to 12. It has a private pool (NOT HEATED), solarium, barbecue, and parking (4 cars). The space The villa has 4 bedrooms with double beds and 2 with two single beds each, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, and a living room with ocean views and connected to a large terrace. On the ground floor, there is a room with different relaxation areas (board games, pool table, bar, TV, ping-pong). Guest access The villa features an unheated private POOL surrounded by garden and a solarium equipped with hammocks. In the back there is a BBQ with a terrace in front of it with a table, bench and chairs. Up to 4 cars can be parked in a row inside the plot. Reservations for 6 days or more are done in the indoor areas, with no change of towels or sheets. For reservations of 10 days or more, cleaning includes a change of linens and towels. Other things to note Hot water can take up to 90 seconds to reach a bathroom, please be patient.
