For those traveling with a boat or trailer, there is parking available directly in front or partially under the garage of unit 3. Please note, trailers may not be parked across the street on the grass. If your boat or trailer is larger than 25ft or you'd prefer not to have it on the property during your stay, the city of Key Colony Beach provides temporary boat trailer parking for a fee paid at City Hall, located in the designated area off 8th Street.
