The space Our home is a hidden, private, tranquil oasis with garden and pool in the middle of a bustling city. The house is centered around a living room patio, perfect for outdoor living! Guest access Perfectly located in the Santa Ana neighborhood, fabulous restaurants, cafes, galleries, historic sites, hotels and shopping are just a quick walk away. Also, a French bakery and neighborhood theatre are located nearby. Other things to note Casa de Las Manos offers the following to its guests: 1 Master Bedroom at the Garden Level with a King-sized bed, a private bathroom, flat screen TV and a walk-in closet. 1 bedroom with one queen-sized bed adjoining a full bath, opening to the garden and overlooking the pool. 1 Master Bedroom upstairs with a King-sized bed, armoire, private bathroom, patio with lounge chairs, flat screen TV Amenities: Filtered swimming pool Dining room that seats eight comfortably Kitchen with modern appliances, including cappucino machine 100% cotton high thread count linens, and fluffy 100% cotton bath towels Wireless internet Flat screen TVs in the living room and in the master bedrooms with full service SKY cable, including channels in English Roof terrace with outdoor shower Patio sitting areas for meals or relaxation Purified water cooler (first bottle is provided free of charge) 1 Week minimum stay. Maid service once a week, gardener and pool service included in rental fee. You may schedule additional maid service. Our property manager will provide a contract for rental at time of booking. Upon arrival, a refundable damage deposit will be collected by property manager. Cost of electricity over $300 MX provided in rental fee must be paid in cash by guests at end of stay (the meter will be read upon arrival and departure.) Upon checkout, the damage deposit will be refunded (assuming there is no damage) and the fee for utilities will be collected. No children under 12 years of age. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation with no refund if the number of persons and make-up of the group does not match description provided at time of rental (i.e. "one couple with 2 children" is really 8 guys with a dog. . .)
