We’re pet-friendly and set up for an easy, comfortable stay—whether you’re here to fish, boat, relax, or make memories with family and friends. With Triple H Retreat “Lite,” we've setup a cozy lakehouse designed for a relaxing, more intimate stay. You’ll have access to the master king suite and the guest queen bedroom (sleeps up to 4). If anything is unclear, message us before booking. ★HIGHLIGHT AMENITIES & UNIQUE FEATURES★ - Private cove location for calmer water and a more peaceful lake vibe - Dock access for fishing, lounging, and lake days - Boat slip + lifts (details below) - Kayaks available for guests - Fire pit for evening hangouts - Game room: pool table, foosball, darts - Pet-friendly (see policy below) ★PARKING (PLEASE PLAN AHEAD—IT’S LIMITED)★ - Driveway maximum: 4 vehicles - No street parking (community rule) - No RVs or travel trailers (POA standard) Boat/jet ski trailers are welcome in the driveway, but they may reduce the number of additional vehicles that fit. ★PET-FRIENDLY STAY (PLEASE READ)★ We love hosting responsible pet owners and want the home to stay clean and comfortable for every guest. - Max: 2 pets - Please disclose size/breed at/before booking - $200 non-refundable pet fee - Yard may not be fully enclosed during low water—if pets are outside unattended, they should be tethered - ★DOCK + BOAT SLIP DETAILS★ Guests are welcome to enjoy our dock, which includes: - (2) jet ski lifts - (1) boat lift (fits up to approximately a 22’ boat without counterweighting the front) Closest boat launch: Caney City - About a 5–7 minute boat ride to the property Important lake notes: Lake levels fluctuate and are outside of our control.
