In the cozy family room, a couch and three armchairs surround another 46-inch smart TV. Watch your favorite shows by the glow of the wood-burning fireplace. The stylish chef’s kitchen has sleek countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge and gas stove top with griddle and separate built-in Wolf oven. The large center island provides ample space to prepare meals and seating for two. In the dining area, play a tune on the piano while enjoying a pre-dinner beverage by the wood-burning fireplace. When it’s time to eat, the table has room for 10. Take in the incredible view of the bay from the large wraparound deck. Or fire up the gas grill for a group barbecue. THINGS TO KNOW Fireplaces are for use only during the winter season. The outdoor firepit is not for guest use. The home does not have air conditioning. However, fans are available throughout. Please note that the rustic sleeping loft is accessed via a steep/narrow staircase, and is not equipped with heat. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
