Casa da Avó has a history dating back to over 100 years. The whole state comprises the main house, where Isabel, the villa's owner, has set her residence,The Backyard House,The Upper House, The Wooden House, The White House, and the Tree House. Vale da Silva, where the properties are located, is set in a beautiful ecologic area only 15 minutes away from Aveiro town, also known as the Venice of Portugal, where you can enjoy moliceiro trips (gondola) through its various canals. Aveiro offers numerous activities alongside with it's stunning sandy beaches such as surfing, kite surfing, sailing and fitness. It also has a great night life and shopping areas such as Forum Aveiro set above on one of the main canals of the city. The city of Aveiro is also a short drive to the wine regions of Bairrada and Douro, known worldwide for its Port wine. Each house can accommodate from 2 to 6 people and they are fully furnished, apart from the Tree House that only accommodates 2 people Casa Branca - White House Set on a 3,500 metres plot of green land, Casa Branca (The White House) has 2 double-bedrooms; fully furnished living-room with 2 single beds. Cable TV, fireplace for the cold winter days; fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Outside the house you also have a gazebo for you to chill or entertain yourself with family and friends.
