We welcome you to this beautiful new 120 m2 house built with quality materials and designed for you to have a pleasant stay with family or friends, in all seasons. The house is ideally located, in Quettehou, in Buissonnet, accessible by a small road that leads to the sea (500 meters) and less than 1 km from the city center. This is the perfect base for exploring the Val de Saire. Tourist-furnished property rating: 3 stars The space • On the ground floor: - A beautiful 40 m² bright living room with an equipped kitchen, open to the dining area and a sitting area composed of a large corner sofa, a TV, a wood stove. - One bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200) and an open shower room. - An entrance serving a separate toilet and a laundry room with an additional refrigerator, a washing machine. • On the 1st floor: - One bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200) - A bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200) - One bedroom (2 beds 90 x 190 or 1 bed 180 x 190) - A large bathroom consisting of a shower and a bathtub. - A separate toilet. • Outside: - A 28 m2 south-facing terrace, accessible from the living room through a sliding door. - A large yard that can easily accommodate 4 cars. Guest access Access to the entire house and outdoors. Other things to note - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, optional: €12.5/person. - WiFi included (fiber). - End-of-stay cleaning is optional, €100. If the option is not selected, we will check that the cleaning has been carried out correctly throughout the house. If you take the cleaning option, it is nevertheless advisable to return the accommodation in a correct and respectful condition. - The house is heated by the floor with a latest generation air/water heat pump. The floor is not hot but it diffuses a homogeneous heat throughout the house. This type of heating makes the house very comfortable even in winter. We have also installed a wood-burning stove to enjoy a blaze on winter evenings. - No pets allowed. - Non-smoking house. - Blackout curtains and/or electric blinds in all bedrooms. - Mandatory accommodation deposit: €500 (not cashed). - Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (late and independent check-in possible via key box). - Checkout time: 10:00 a.m. - Charges: Included in the price Rates: • €1200/week July and August • €900/week during school half-terms • €800/week outside school holidays
