80㎡/ [Akihabara] Spacious and comfortable room! unito hotel residence

A fully renovated and spacious home in Akihabara, one of the most famous tourist sites in Tokyo. It’s only 7 min from the station, but the neighborhood is very quite and nice. Our house can host maximum 7 people in the 2 private rooms available. The design itself is very warm and modern, ensuring a comfortable stay: as if at your own home even though you’re traveling overseas. The space Our home is located in one of the most popular areas in Tokyo: Akihabara. It’s considered as the “Holy Ground” for anime lovers; there are many anime shops as well as maid cafes which are a popular among tourists and local fans. There is a rental cycle shop called “Tokyo Discovery Bike Tours” nearby, so you can also experience cycling in the city as well. Also there are many good restaurants within walking distance, serving not only Japanese food but also the food from many different countries. The home was recently renovated, and is now equipped with the newest facilities, including a wide bathroom, separate toilet w/ washlet, and kitchen with equipped with basic cookware. We have two bedrooms, with three Futons (floor mattress), and two double beds that can fit up to 7 people. This home will be a great starting point of your journey in Tokyo! **PLEASE NOTE** that there is no elevator in the building and you have to climb up 3 floors, so it might be difficult to carry large luggage. ★ Check-in ★ We are occasionally able to offer early check-ins. If you would like to check in early, please message us after 8PM (Japan Time) on the day before your arrival to check if it will be available. ★ Check-out ★ We are unable to store luggage after check-out, as the room must be prepared for the next guest. ★ Housekeeping ★ Please keep in mind that the services with the following below are not included during your stay. Towel exchange ・During your stay, 1 set of towels (1 bath towel and 1 face towel) will be provided for each guest. Bedding exchange ・Beds will be set according to your group size. 1 set of bedding will be provided. Cleaning services during your stay ・The room is cleaned before your arrival. Additional amenities ・Amenities not listed on this page (toothbrushes, condiments, etc) are not provided with your stay. ★ Garbage ★ Please sort your garbage for recycling, and leave it inside of the property. Garbage produced from vacation rentals is classified as commercial waste, and must be collected by a licensed company after your stay. If you request collection during your stay, there may be an additional fee. Depending on the collector’s schedule, please understand we may not be able to collect the garbage at your desired time. ★ Visitors ★ Visitors without a reservation are not permitted to enter the property. If someone will be coming to visit even for a short time during your stay, you must include them in your reservation. ★ Availability ★ The calendar on this page shows our availability, so please feel free to book without inquiry. We also often accept last-minute bookings. The first paid reservation will get the room.
