This home, nestled in the heart of Muskoka, is sectioned for complete privacy and soundproofing between units. Enjoy the deck with a view of the ducks in the backyard pond or the deer while I am travelling/at the cottage/staying in the second private unit used by me alone. With no smoking of any kind on the property, it is located on a quiet crescent in Bracebridge. Downtown, the Sportsplex, Theatre, restaurants, and grocery stores are a 5 minute drive or a walk away. The space Enjoy all the amenities of home in the heart of Muskoka. Guest access Use of a sectioned portion of the house...including, master bedroom, private bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, and deck is available. Other things to note Because of past issues, barbecuing or fires in any form are not possible. Camping on the property or street front is also not available for extra guests. Smoking and vaping areas are not available anywhere on the property. So if anyone in the party is a smoker of any kind, please choose another listing. Because of safety concerns with the pond and high deck, the space is not suitable for children. Beach/boating towels are not provided. If these activities are included in your stay, please bring those towels with you.
