Excellent choice for a comfortable and relaxing holiday The space The house is very spacious and bright with a large open living area consisting of the dining area with a dining table and 6 chairs, sitting area with a corner sofa, flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioner, free Wi-fi internet connection, kitchen with oven, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer area, stove with three gas burners and one electric plate, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, extractor hood. From the living area, a corridor leads to the three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. All three spacious bedrooms have a double bed, bedside tables, night lamps, wardrobe, and bed linen is provided (changed weekly). The large bathroom is equipped with a shower box, bidet, toilet, sink with cabinet and mirror, washing machine, and external window. The small bathroom has a shower box, bidet, toilet, sink with cabinet, and external window mirror. Two bath towels per person are provided (changed weekly). In the corridor the wardrobe where you will find the vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, and extra blankets. At the entrance, a magnificent spacious covered terrace furnished with a table and chairs, and awnings. The 570m2 courtyard features a swimming pool area (8x4x140), an outdoor shower, deck chairs, and umbrellas. The barbecue is available for exclusive use near the pool area. The well-kept garden and free private parking are available in the enclosed courtyard. The beaches and bathing facilities are easily reachable on foot in a few minutes. The location is quiet, and sunny surrounded by greenery, but still central. The tennis courts where the famous ATP Open Croatia tennis tournament in Umag has been held for years are 800 m. The house is in an excellent position, 300 m from the beach, 200 m from the petrol station, 500 m from the supermarket, 600 m from the bank and ATM, 500 m from the restaurant, 150 m from the Villa Punta bar, 500 m from the golf courses Punta tennis court, 500 m from the Umag open-air gym. The neighborhood is quiet, surrounded by greenery, and made up of private houses with gardens. The accommodation is an excellent choice for those who love comfort and tranquillity. The nearby beaches are varied to satisfy every type of need, sandy, rocky, with pebbles, and equipped, with the possibility of renting deck chairs and umbrellas. These beaches make the marvelous Mediterranean vegetation along the coast unique and allow you to shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. To find the beach you prefer, just move a few hundred meters, as the structure of the beaches changes. For those who love the gym, on the seafront adjacent to the beach of Villa Rita, outdoor gym equipment is available for free use. At only 300 m there is the station of the tourist train which leaves from the tourist village of Katoro and along the seafront arrives in Umag center and vice versa. The center of Umag can be reached on foot in 20 minutes or you can reach it by tourist train. Guest access Guests have at their exclusive use of the whole house, garden, barbecue, swimming pool area, outdoor shower, and private parking in the enclosed courtyard. Other things to note * Pets are allowed only on request up to 5 kg with a supplement of €13 per day to be paid in cash upon arrival * Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside. * We kindly ask our guests: - respect others and behave with calm and discretion, especially at night or when resting in the afternoon, - for safety reasons, turn off the air conditioning, washing machine, and dishwasher when they are not in the accommodation, - use the equipment of the accommodation with caution - leave containers empty and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils, - to declare to the owner any damage caused, that after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will ask for payment of the expenses in cash before departure, - to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys. * The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 on the last day of stay. * Customized transfers are possible (for example airport - accommodation, ...)
