The main living area is a highlight, with a vaulted ceiling and comfortable seating, creating a perfect spot for gathering after a day of sun and exploration. The home is designed for a comfortable stay and comes prepared for your arrival. Kitchen: A sleek, fully-equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare your favorite meals. Linens & Towels: Fresh linens and bath towels are included for your convenience. Entertainment: All TVs are for streaming only. You will need to log in with your own accounts for services like Netflix, Prime, and Hulu. Beach Gear: We provide bikes, beach chairs, and an umbrella for your enjoyment. Guest access Guests will enjoy full and private access to the entire home and its amenities. Self Check-in: Easy self-check-in is available. You will receive a secure, private door code via email 2-5 days before your arrival. The code is unique to your stay for added security. Private Space: The entire townhouse is yours to enjoy. Restricted Area: Please note that one storage room located off the garage is locked and not accessible to guests. Other things to note A few additional details to help you plan your stay: Provided For Your Stay: We provide a starter set of supplies, fresh linens, bath towels, bikes, beach chairs, and an umbrella. Items to Bring: Please plan to bring your own daily use items and consumables such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and coffee. Streaming TV: All televisions are smart TVs for streaming. Please use your own login credentials for services like Netflix, Hulu, etc., and remember to log out before your departure. Rental Agreement: After booking, you will receive a rental agreement via email that must be e-signed within 10 days. Lost Item Fee: A $50 fee will be charged for each lost or unreturned amenity FOB (2 total) or garage remote (1 total). The community has great amenities available for an additional fee. These amenities include a large clubhouse, indoor/outdoor pools, grills, kayak launch, game room, fitness center, hot tub, children's playground, tennis and pickle ball courts. The outdoor pool is open between 5-24-25 thru 9-15-25. On very rare occasions, the pools may be closed for repairs and there is no guarantee the pools will be open during your stay. The fee schedule for the community amenities is as follows: $200 per stay. (This is a change the HOA has adopted)
