The dining table seats six. Open up the doors and step out onto a new deck with Bbq and outdoor setting and zip down plastic walls to enclose the area on a windy day. The 3 bedrooms and family bathroom are on this level. Downstairs is an open living area with bar, small tv, day bed and convenient second bathroom leading off the laundry which includes a washing machine and dryer. Open up the sliding doors to another deck and spacious backyard. *Please note that linen is not included when booking this property* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation. You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations.
