At the distance of 500 m from Sportony Mountain Lodges, in the area known as "La Villa Alta" (the higher part of La Villa), you may find Ciasa Picenin, an elegant villa that has recently been renovated in order to meet the high quality Sportony standards. The space Now it's a perfect lodging for families and groups of friends up to 7 people. The lodging is spread over two floors and includes a living area on the ground floor and a sleeping area on the first floor. The living area is composed of an ample lounge with a fireplace and satellite TV and a dining space with a kitchen, equipped with electric hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, drip coffee maker, moka, crockery and cutlery. Between the lounge and the kitchen, there is a small bathroom with WC and wash-basin. The lounge features an access to a south-facing balcony overlooking Piz la Ila. The adjacent garden is equipped with a table and sun loungers that invite to spend some sweet moments of relaxation admiring the panorama of the ancient Colz Castle. The upper floor is an oasis of peace and tranquillity. The cosy sleeping area hosts two bedrooms. The first one is furnished with a double bed and a double sofa-bed. The second one contains a double bed with the possibility to add, upon request, a single bed. In the spacious first-floor bathroom you'll find shower, bathtub, WC, bidet and hairdryer. Besides, we provide all bed linen with weekly change and towels with midweek change, as well as complimentary toiletries with the smell of hay and stone pine. Daily cleaning (except Sundays) favours a hygienic and healthy ambience. Free WI-FI is available in the entire building. At the guests' disposal there are a private ski room with a ski boot dryer and a private bike storage. Upon request, we can offer fresh bread delivery in the morning and laundry services. Everything is aimed at offering you the possibility to spend a comfortable holiday in Alta Badia, dedicating yourselves to sports and relaxation. The location contributes as well: in winter, you can set off from Ciasa Picenin for the slopes of Alta Badia already with your skis on, thanks to a groomed track that leads to the departure of the Piz la Ila cable car, while for the back trip you can benefit from the Colz chairlift. In summer, the villa's location is perfect for hiking, trekking, cycling, mountain biking and for many other activities.
