The entire property is accessible except for the locked owners closet, pool equipment area and shed. Other things to note POOL/HOT TUB NOT GATED IMMEDIATELY AROUND IT- 8 foot privacy fence around yard. Regular pool season is generally May-October, weather permitting. **Message us to turn on the hot tub. It will run at 102 for 2 hours then cycles back into the pool. It takes approximately 15 minutes to get up to temperature. If you need more time let us know. We are available until 10pm daily. To heat the entire pool it is an extra charge of $150 per night. Due to the plumbing set up of the pool, if the outside temperature is below 50 degrees, we are unable to heat the hot tub or the pool. *The pool cannot be heated at the same time as the hot tub. *The waterfall feature is unavailable. *It is a danger to enter the hot tub or pool when lightening is present. This property and its furnishings are not suitable for guests over 300lbs. Use of the pool and/or hot tub area is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. All children must be supervised at all times. No glass, no running, no diving or jumping into the pool, no bodily fluids, no eating or drinking, no swimming alone and no horseplay. Use of the bunkbeds are at your own risk. Supervise children at all times. Thank you for your cooperation! House rules: No parties, events or guests not on the reservation. Please observe the noise ordinance- quiet times 9pm-7am. Please be mindful of the neighbors in regards to noise while in the pool/hot tub. Only registered guests may be at and/or sleep at the residence. Parking- driveway will fit 4 cars, street parking directly in front of the home or on the east side in front of the fenced area neighbor's side yard. Please do not block the mailbox. Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms or on the couch and care for the furnishings. Any additional guests over 10 will be charged a fee per person per night with a maximum of 11 guests. Guests 9 and 10 (living room sleeper sofa). Pets (max 2 dogs under 50lb) are permitted with a pet fee. NO CATS. Do not tamper with the cameras/equipment or pool equipment. Please call if you need assistance. Only use pool towels by the pool. White towels are for inside use only. Turn off the lights, shut any open windows and lock them, lock the doors when you check out. Gather all trash and place in the trash bin in the garage. Please leave the house in a broom swept condition. Check out is at 11 unless granted a late checkout prior to checkout day. A $50 fee will be requested through the resolution center for up to and every half hour past check out time. This fee is imposed on us by the cleaning company if they have to wait to get in the home to clean. Any rules broken, excessive cleaning, damage to any contents or the home itself will result in additional costs equaling to replacement value and/or additional deep cleaning costs. Host is not responsible for items left or lost in the home. Please double check to make sure you have all items before leaving. We are not responsible for left items. To note-2nd bedroom can be slightly warmer in the hottest part of the summer due to its location and the sun. The master bath has a very small in suite bathroom with a door.
