The space Positioned on the ground floor of a newly refurbished home, the apartment has a private entrance and is fully self contained with a two large bedrooms. A lounge has a comfy couch and TV, dining table and bay window seat and there is a fully equipped kitchen with gas hot plates, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso pod coffee machine. The bathroom is spacious with a shower over a bath and a washing machine. The main bedroom has french doors that open on to a private sandstone walled courtyard that is fully enclosed and has BBQ facilities. The house was built circa 1840 using convict made bricks and sandstone. It is listed on the Tasmanian Heritage Register. There is a free dedicated off street parking space for the apartment. Guest access An access code will be provided in to the communal areas where a key safe is located with the keys to the apartment allowing for 24 hour check-in. Travelers will have sole use of the entire apartment. Other things to note Smoking is not permitted inside the building. A fold up bed or travel cot is available on request.
