Cozy vacation home in a quiet location

Dear guests, The cozy vacation home, which was lovingly renovated by us in 2020, should allow you to have beautiful vacation days in the Rhenish Westerwald. Here you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life due to the quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac and enjoy the sun and the view of the nearby Fockenbach Valley on the spacious wooden veranda or on the balcony until the late evening hours. On cold days, the wood-burning stove in the living and dining area is inviting for relaxation. The space A living space of 100 m² allows the accommodation of up to 6 people. Directly in front of the house, there is space for up to 3 cars. You enter the house via a small staircase with two steps and find space for your jackets and shoes in the hallway. Immediately behind it is the bright living and dining room with large window and balcony. The small but cozy kitchen connects to the dining area. The bathroom with toilet and walk-in rain shower also adjoins the hallway. A staircase leads to the basement, where there are three bedrooms and a guest toilet. One of the bedrooms leads to the wooden veranda with a covered sitting area. Due to the plants on the property, there is always a shady spot even on hot summer days. The garden is tiered and is available for our guests only. A small staircase leads even faster to the hiking trails in the nearby forest and the romantic Fockenbach Valley. Guest access To make your vacation with us as pleasant and comfortable as possible, we provide you with a washing machine with detergent, a small dishwasher with detergent as well as towels and bed linens free of charge. The large smart TV with satellite reception and Internet connection allows for exciting movie evenings. A Blu-ray player with selected Blu-rays is also available. A fast Internet connection ensures a good streaming experience. On cooler days, our wood-burning stove with glass pane provides cozy warmth.
