Dear guests, the cozy holiday home, which was lovingly renovated by us in 2020, should enable you to have a nice holiday in the Rhenish Westerwald. Here you can escape through the quiet location at the end of a dead end of the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy the sun and the view of the nearby Fockenbachtal valley on the spacious wooden veranda or on the balcony until the late evening hours. On cold days, the wood-burning stove invites you to linger in the living and dining area. The space A living area of 100 m² allows accommodation for up to 6 people. Immediately in front of the house there is space for up to 3 cars. You enter the house via a small staircase with two steps and find space in the hallway for your jackets and shoes. Immediately behind is the bright living and dining room with large window and balcony. The small but cozy kitchen connects here to the dining area. The bathroom with toilet and walk-in rain shower also adjoins the hallway. A staircase leads to the basement, where the three bedrooms and a guest toilet are located. Through one of the bedrooms you reached the wooden veranda with covered seating area. Due to the planting on the property, there is always a shady spot even on a hot summer day. The garden is stepped and is only available to our guests. Via a small staircase you can reach the hiking trails in the nearby forest and the romantic Fockenbachtal even faster. Guest access To make your holiday with us as pleasant and comfortable as possible, we provide you with a washing machine with detergent, a small dishwasher with detergent as well as towels and bed linen free of charge. The large smart TV with satellite reception and internet connection enables exciting film evenings. There is also a Blu-Ray player with selected Blu-Rays. Fast internet connection for a good streaming experience. On cooler days, our wood-burning stove with glass pane provides a cozy warmth.
