Guest access Check-In & Check-Out Check-in is available anytime after 4:00 p.m. Your door access codes are programmed to activate precisely at 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-out is anytime before 11:00 a.m. Our housekeeping team arrives promptly at 11:00 a.m. to begin cleaning. Pre-Arrival Information & Communication Before your arrival, a hotel representative will send an agreement form that must be signed before check-in. All messages within the Airbnb message thread will be sent by a member of our hotel team. You will also receive text message confirmations related to your reservation. Your suite number, door access codes, and easy-to-follow entry instructions will be sent to you both through the Airbnb message thread and via text before check-in to ensure a smooth and effortless arrival. Refundable Damage Deposit A hotel representative will contact you before your check-in date to collect the required refundable damage deposit. This deposit will be returned following checkout, provided no damage has occurred. Parking & Suite Access Complimentary parking is available, and you may park anywhere in the parking lot upon arrival. For guest privacy and security, access is limited to your assigned suite only. Other things to note Twin beds are found under the king beds, a metal frame, and additional twin bedding is in the closets. Pet Policy: Cats are not permitted on the property or in any suites. A $1,000 fine will be assessed for any violation of this policy. We do offer designated pet-friendly suite options for dogs. Please call the Hotel to make sure you are in the right suite. Failure to disclose a pet will result in a $350 fine, in addition to charges for any necessary repairs, replacements, or additional cleaning. Smoking Policy: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside the suites. Violations will result in a minimum fine of $2,000. Check-Out & Damages: Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. A fee will apply for departures after this time. Guests are responsible for any damage to bedding, towels, or the suite and will be charged accordingly.
