The space This wonderful apartment is designed for your comfort and convenience. Recently renovated to a high standard and furnished with designer furniture, it is perfectly equipped with everything you need for a dream stay: a 43" TV, a comfortable sofa in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine and a welcome kit (coffee, milk, and cookies), a microwave, a kettle, a washing machine, a ceramic hob, and a complete set of kitchenware. The apartment is a studio with a comfortable double bed. All linens are 100% cotton. This bright and pleasant apartment features two spectacular terraces with an outdoor dining area, a shower, sun loungers, plants, and a seating area for drinks. One of them overlooks the famous "Las Setas" building in Plaza de la Encarnación. A free safe is available for storing your valuables. The bathroom, with marble floors and LED lighting, has a large shower with a gel and shampoo dispenser, a hairdryer, and a large mirror, as well as a cabinet with a first aid kit. An iron, ironing board, clothesline, and all the cleaning supplies you may need are provided. The apartment is equipped with quiet DAIKIN air conditioning.
