Plenty of Natural light, a large, covered balcony. Convenient to Navarre Beach, Pensacola Beach, Downtown Shopping & nightlife. Home offers WIFI, smart TV's, dining inside & out. Shared Spaces include the Fire Pit, Yard, Dock, Kayaks, and Boat Ramp. Quiet neighborhood. No Pets Allowed and NO Smoking. The space This Peaceful and Relaxing Waterfront Rental is located directly on the Blackwater River on Cooper Basin. The Rental is Entire upstairs, which offers a private entrance and large balcony with a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in a Quiet and Friendly Neighborhood. The Rental offers shared spaces, including 2 kayaks, Fire Pit a small rustic Boat Ramp and large Dock, where you can fish, relax and enjoy the amazing views. Our basin the Summer Hideaway for over 570 Gulf Sturgeon that jump and play like dolphins. It is a wonderful place for short or long-term stay and offers quick access to the main river. There is a Apt downstairs and Guests may share spaces including the Dock, Fire Pit, Boat Ramp, parking and the yard with the tenant or our family, as we live nearby and sometimes use the boat ramp and dock for our personal watercraft. Not included in this rental are the Downstairs Apt which has its own entrance, please also stay off of the Downstairs Porch as it is not included in this stay. Back steps are for emergency exit only and Guests are asked to please respect the privacy of our downstairs tenant as they will also respect the privacy of the Guest. All guests are expected to abide by all house rules, including quiet hours. Waterfront properties are inherently dangerous. You are responsible for your safety and those in your group. Guest access The stairs lead up to a private entry with a coded key box with access for guests. There's plenty of room for 2-3 cars, plus your boat and or boat trailer. The home is approximately 1300 sq. feet with open floorplan, spacious living room and kitchen fantastic views and just a few steps down to the river or dock for an afternoon of relaxation. Other things to note This home is in a quiet, walkable neighborhood where most people waive and say hello. This rental is for the entire upstairs of the home and shared outdoor spaces. This rental does not include the apt downstairs or the downstairs deck which are occupied by a tenant. We care about the properties we manage and provide Clean, Comfortable and Affordable Vacation Stays for respectful Guests. We will charge for damages and additional cleaning fees for Unauthorized Pets, Unauthorized Guests, Parties, Events, Smoking, Damages and If Guests are early or late checking in or out or if they do not follow Check-out Procedures or if Guests fail to adhere to all house rules. You are responsible for safety and cleanliness of yourselves and anyone you allow on the property.
