The indoor space is equipped with smart TVs, high speed WiFi, a fully stocked kitchen with pots + pans & dining table is ready for a family-style meal! Full washer and dryer. The outdoor area includes a BBQ pit for outdoor grilling and a new boathouse with boat + jet ski lifts. BYOBoat! The space In addition to the main house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, guests have access to the garage apartment with 1 bedroom ( 1 king bed + sofa to queen bed). Garage apartment has its own entrance, full bathroom, kitchenette and is attached to screened in porch area. Guest access A maximum of 4 vehicles parked in the driveway. Street parking is not available. Boat trailers much be parked in driveway area. Other things to note Pets are allowed with prior approval from owners and incur a pet fee of $100.
