Only accessible by Boat, Private water taxi or float plane. 9 miles of unspoiled beach, shell mounds. The home is off~grid solar with battery storage and a back up generator. The home has all modern systems, air conditioning, washer\dryer. Fresh water drinking water. We provide arrival/departure boat transportation.
