Nicely elevated from the sea , perched on a hill this 1100 sq ft offers privacy (no immediate neighbours), exceptional views (no overhead wires or cars in your view), and a superb location. Features include open living & kitchen area with hardwood floors, a wall of windows and expansive views from every vantage point; 2 bedrooms and a common living area with a double sofa bed each with ocean views and hardwood floors, a stylish main bathroom with infloor heat (ensuite to both bedrooms), half bath and substantial deck overlooking the ocean. The living room has a double sofa bed . We also have a single and double roll away bed for extra family and friends. A fire pit ,private hot tub , private panoramic barrel sauna and stunning views . Minutes to golf at White Point, dinner at the Quarterdeck Grill, and ten minutes from Liverpool which offers hospital, shopping, Astor Theatre and more. Cleaning Our cleaners painstakingly wipe down all surfaces and high touch areas with a diluted bleach solution and all bedding is washed at the highest temperature to ensure the house is properly disinfected between guest visits. Cosy cottage is private and has its own amenities, but our staff does use the garage to take supplies and laundry as needed in order to service tiny oceanfront retreat and designer oceanfront villa next door .We are planning on adding a private shed for the units next door soon , but until then we will need to access the garage. Guest access The space has a spacious deck , barbecue, fire pit and a hot tub . Breathtaking water views and beach access within 5 minute distance.
