The space Fern Cottage is a terraced house in the centre of Scalby. Furnished in traditional style (not modern). The sitting room is spacious, with TV, books, puzzles. Arm chairs. Adjacent is a utility room with washing and ironing facilities. Also kitchen facilities (though no sink as yet). A bathroom with bath next-door. Upstairs a bedroom with King sized bed. 2 fold up beds are available on request, which can be put up in the sitting room or in the bedroom. There is also a cot available.
