Bedroom: Queen Bed, single cot KITCHEN: Well equipped with cooking basics, dishware & utensils, Keurig coffee maker, tea pot, toaster, blender INDOOR LIVING: All-new furnishings, 55" flat-screen Smart TV, 2-seat dining table, closet & dresser space, shower with tub GENERAL: Central A/C & heat, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, linens, towels, outdoor fire pit (wood not provided) PARKING: Driveway The driveway to the house is around 60 yards long and gravel. Guest access Guests have access to all areas except the locked storage shed. Please be respectful to our neighbors and our property. An initial supply of paper towels, tissues, and toilet paper is provided. There are several places close by for guests to purchase additional supplies as needed or desired. Other things to note - No smoking - No pets allowed - No events, parties or large gatherings - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Additional fees and taxes may apply - Photo ID may be required upon check-in -There are steps up to the front door. There are also steps from the back door by the laundry room into the yard and a rock step from the bedroom out the sliding glass door to the yard. Please use caution when walking up and down steps to avoid trips or falls. -Bear sightings in the area are very common throughout the summer. Use caution and please NEVER feed the bears or leave food and trash outside. -There is a Nest doorbell camera.
