The Condo is located in the upscale Country Walk community of Bel Air, MD, near the Festival Mall, 10 min drive to Edgewood, 25 min to Aberdeen PG, 25 min to Baltimore, 15 min to White Marsh Malls. 55 min to Washington DC. There is a library, within 10 min walk, a hospital 5 min drive, the Festival Mall Plaza 5 min drive The space The room is available for rent for a minimum period of 10 days but preferably for a month. It is provided furnished. You might be sharing the condo with two another persons. Only 1 person per room Guest access You will have access through the back door of the apartment, it's more convenient. The condo is on the first floor so it is easy to move in your luggage, no need to carry luggage up or down stairs. During your stay I or my representative will be available to support your stay. The guest will have access to common areas within the condo, such as kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and breakfast room. Please be considerate of others, leave the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room clean after each use, it will foster a nice comfortable environment. Coordinate with other guests to vacuum the common areas at least once every two weeks. There is no cleaning fees so all guests maintain the space clean. Other things to note There is public transportation. buses to Baltimore run every 30 min. You also can catch the Marc Train to go to Washington DC .
