Located near the beach, Gigi's bridge and walking distance to the famous Gigi's seafood restaurant, Bovinos, Casa Vehla, Caso do Lago and The Shack. Pets available upon request. Extra charge will apply. The space The spacious stylish open plan apartment is newly renovated, sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children comfortably. Situated on the 1st floor, the open plan layout offers a full kitchen with full fridge freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine. There is a granite breakfast bar that can be used as a work space. The lounge has a large sofa-bed and a 55 inch plasma TV with a balcony that has a dining table and seating area that overlooks the gardens and lake. The master ensuite has an emperor bed, ensuite bathroom with walkin shower and private balcony. The 2nd bathroom also has a walk in shower. There is a roof terrace with sea view, cocktail table and 2 sun loungers with a parasol. There is a great family friendly pool with bar and restaurant. Tennis courts that are free to use and private loungers on the beach that can be booked via the condimium reception during the high season. 24 hour security, wifi in the apartment and by the pool. Accommodation is perfect for 2 adults. 2 adults, 2 children under the age of 15 (children are free of charge. (15 euros charge per child per night for children over the age of 15) 3 adults (additional charge of 20 euro a night) A 1 or 2 night stay may be possible an additional £95 euro charge.
