Luxury Apartment in South Mumbai, Malabar Hill

The apartment is situated in South Mumbai, very close to Hanging Gardens, and shopping area. Chowpatty ( Beach) is close by also. You will be living in a very safe area, as the Raj Bhavan is at the entrance to our building and police is stationed there 24/7. The sea view is priceless, and the air is so fresh that I doubt you will need Air Conditioning, but of course it's there if you do. The Sunset view from our apartment is spectacular. ( see the photo's ) You occupy the entire apartment. The space These are actual Photo's of the apartment and are not enhanced. The apartment is very spacious. 1200 Sq. Feet carpet area. There is Hot water 24 hr's. This is a Family oriented building, no shady or illegal activities allowed. This is the apartment where I grew up, We have worked very hard to maintain it nicely, so please be considerate and keep it clean. Guest access Only registered Guests will be allowed access to the Apartment. We will need passport, pan-card or valid ID emailed to us upon confirmation of rental. Other things to note Parking Can be pre-arranged for a Fee of Rs. 400/Day or 2000/week or Rs 6000/month. Let us know in advance. Cleaning service can also be provided at Rs. 800 every time, but will have to be done during your presence due to security issues. Very Close to Beach Candy hospital and Saifee Hospital.
