On the lower floor you will find a bright living/dining area with floor-to-ceiling window front, laid out with high quality vinyl planks in light wood. The open kitchen in the taupe-berry colors is modern and equipped with first-class brand appliances. An elegant, round white glass dining table makes the transition to the friendly living area with a chocolate leather sofa, matching designer armchair, and a flat white glass coffee table. The TV/audio area with a fully white led flat screen TV fits harmoniously into the color scheme of the apartment. The elegant staircase in dark chocolate wood with a stainless steel railing leads to the gallery on the upper floor. There you will find a high-quality bathroom with a spacious floor-level shower area and a designer wellness shower pipe, which makes the beginning of the day a special experience.
