Ground floor large shower room with W/C, basin & towel rail. Second shower room on the ground floor with W/C, basin & towel rail, this shower room also has access from outside so you can jump straight in the shower after going for a surf. Parking: Allocated parking for two cars. Additional Info: A refundable damage deposit of £500 will need to be paid with the final balance of the holiday.
