Guests have full access to the community clubhouse. Orlando International Airport is 30 minutes away by car and the Disney parks are 10 minutes away. The villa is superbly maintained with a property manager at hand and a local office to visit for information and assistance during your stay. The space The villa is located in a quiet gated community yet minutes from the highway with access to the Disney Parks, Downtown Orlando and the beaches of the Gulf and Atlantic coastlines. Guest access Guests have full access to all areas of the villa, pool, spa, sundeck, garage and games room. Guests also have access to the West Haven community facility which includes pool, gym and tennis courts. Other things to note For safety of children all doors and windows onto the pool area are alarmed and this cannot be over-ridden.
