The Anchorage house is located on the property of Anchorage House & Cottages. As you open the door to this beautiful waterfront property, you are welcomed into the great room of this 19th century Victorian home. Overlooking Hubbards Cove, fireplace, flat screen TV, dining area, breakfast bar, fully equipped commercial kitchen, and a patio that opens onto a wraparound veranda with 9 person hot tub and 6 person barrel sauna. Comes equipped with eight rooms and 7.5 washrooms. The space This space is very unique to the area, being the only one to be able to host 18+ guests. The house itself was built in 1853, but has since undergone some major uplifts and extensions. It has that Victorian charm with modern amenities. The house is so large and spacious that you will never feel crowded . Perfect for large groups wanting to spend their vacations together. Guest access The Anchorage House is nestled on the property surrounded by cottages. Guests who rent this space get access to the entire house ( minus the main office). The heated salt water pool is shared with cottage guests. The front yard of our property is all for your use. With a large wrap around veranda and BBQ, with the best view of the beautiful Hubbards Cove. Those who rent this space also are eligible to rent our kayaks free of charge. The hot tub and sauna are exclusively for house guests. * Pool Opens first week of June Other things to note We have a private dock for our guests to enjoy. It is a shared dock with cottage guests.
