Lovely peaceful semi detached house just outside of Grimsby town, safe off street parking, Stunning views over the Lincolnshire Wolds. Plenty of walking and cycle scenic routes with café stops on route. Short drive to cleethorpes seaside, with a historical pier, many traditional fish and chip shops, a cinema, bowling alley, children's play centers, leisure center and lots more to offer. Grimsby town has it's own shopping center and home to the national fishing heritage center. The space Please note, this is not a full house. It’s your own room with shared space. This does not include a kitchen! Just a communal area with microwave, fridge and toaster. Guest access Access to shared bathroom , microwave fridge, toaster, dining area. During your stay I am available either by phone or in person, each room also has an information pack about the surrounding area. Note this booking is per room not full house. Other things to note Parking available on shared driveway. Guests to be booked out by 10AM.
