The house is in Sag Harbor which has excellent restaurants. The town is fun,trendy, family oriented town in the hamptons. Close to South Hampton,Bridgehampton,Sagaponack. Kitchen fully equipped,waffle maker, panini press,blender, Nepresso machine, juicer, weber grill etc.Pet fee will apply if approved . The space 3 of bedrooms are all very large master ensuites! 2 of the master suite have walk-in large closets. 3 berms are on the second floor . One master on the main floor ,a bonus 5th two twins beds on walk out lower level . All bedrooms have fine linens, TV in each room. Kitchen is equipped with everything.One can dine and Lounge outside on wrap around porch or pool side. Pool has 6 chaise lounge and a 2 sofas with fireplace. Home is equipped w pool towel, beach towels, beach umbrellas , sand toys. lower level which can also be accessed off the pool area has an additional room w/ 2 twin bedrm ,living room w 70 inch tv ,Children play rm, Billard table, fuzz ball, toys from infant to 12yrs old play , a mini gym. Weber BBQ Grill.. The property is just over an acre. Guest access Guest have full access to the home . Parking at the house fits easily 4+ cars .There are chaise lounge for the pool , beach towel , umbrellas , Pool towel, also a wrap around covered side porch around separate lounging. In kitchen, waffle grill, panini press, blender, Nespresso machine, Weber BBQ, A lower level all white w/ twin beds and a living room with 70" tv , game area, Billiard, Mini gym. Many hiking trail access a few houses away. Elizabeth Morton bird sanctuary which also has walking trail which leads to the Bay . Bay beaches are very close , Several different ocean beaches that are within 4-6 Miles from the house . Sagg Main , Peter Ponds , Scott Cameron, Mecox ,Ocean rd, Gibson . Other things to note Please be sure to cover fire pit outside when not in use . If you know it will rain ! be sure to cover Chaise lounge and Sofas or when not in use . All garage must be taken out of the house including boxes (wine case) and must fit in the sunrise sanitation bin ( equal to 3 normal large cans) they charge 150 fee for excess that's not in their can . If you have excess you will be responsible for that fee . Please be respectful of bills . a/c is crazy if you have it on downstair when you have all doors open ,it can also damage the units . Be sure you do not leave on pool heater. Pool heating can run $100.00 a day . Therefore please be sure to turn it off on departure(otherwise will be charged) !!!. On departure all towels must be put in the laundry room( pool, beach and bath ) For longer Stays on 12 days or more will be responsible for Variable Bills , Pool heater -Propane ( will be filled day before you arrive at owner expense its on a smart reader as well as PSEG) .Meter is read day of arrival and day of departure . PSEG and Propane.
