Nimohs' Holiday Home McCarthy Hill Accra with ACs

Our completely furnished Atrium Holiday House is situated at the McCarthy Hill on Westside of Acrra at about 10 km from the airport. The landscape is hilly, offering a beautiful ponorama from the South-Terrace towards the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the fresh Sea Breeze there. We have a big Green Garden, Generator, Garden Furniture, Barbecue, strong WIFI, Babybed, Baby High Chair, etc. All interesting historical monuments in Southern Ghana can be reached by car. We offer only "Self-Catering". The space Our Atrium Holiday Home has a living space of 200 qm with four bedrooms. ALL THE FOUR BEDROOMS ARE AIRCONDITIONED. The large kitchen is well equipped with gascooker, 2 fridges, washing machine, utensils/crokery, cutlery, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, etc. Two Queensize-beds and two double beds are available. The large dining room can accommodate 8 guests. The sitting room and a commonroom/working room are completely furnished. A TV-set and a bluetooth stereo system are found in the sitting room. Three WCs and two Bathrooms can also be found. Warm water is available in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. All windows and the courtyard are equipped with net against insects. A Baby Bed and Children-High-Chair are also ready. The two entrances of the house have trapdoors keeping away insects from entry. ### THE RENTAL TARIFF INCLUDES CHARGES FOR WATER, GAS, ELECTRICITY AND FINAL CLEANING. ALSO 100 GB INTERNET-DATA-CAPACITY ARE GIVEN FREE FOR OUR GUESTS. ### Our guests will, however bear the cost of needed Internet Data-Capacity for further Online Activities after the 100 GB have been used. Patricia and Kwasi will assist our guests in acquiring the needed data-capacity as quickly as possible.. ## Our house ist perfect for families with children and groups of travellers or for even a single person looking for accommodation with "Self-Catering". No other strangers are with you in the house. The entire house is yours. ### Accommodating more than the number of guests booked for our Holiday Home is NOT ALLOWED. ## The fifth room in the house is not accessible to our guests. ## The house ist meant for up to 6 guests who belong together. And it offers a nice place for a successful holiday. ## Our Co-hostess Paticia and Co-host Kwasi live with their two children in the groundfloor apartment. They have their own entrance. Pat and Kwasi can therefore be reached easily by our guests. ## There are International Power Adapters and Mosquito-killers available. ## We offer day and night security. ## As we don't charge extra for using the Airconditions, we request our guests to put them off when leaving the house at any time or sitting outside for longer hours. Please help us to maintain sustainability. ## Usage of the hammocks in the garden ist at your own risk. We won't be held accountable for any injuries caused by the usage of the hammocks. ## We don't allow pre-inspection of the property due to Security Reasons. Guest access The 5th room in the house is only accessible to the caretaker/Co-hostess Patricia. Otherwise our guests are free to use the residence comfortably. Other things to note The "West Hill Shopping Mall" can be reached with taxi in 15 minutes. There you can find some good restaurants and coffee shops. A small supermarket in the neighbourhood can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. ## The local "Mallam Market" can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Open daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. We offer day-and night security on the compound. ## We offer our guests a free transportation from and back to the airport. ONLY ONCE in each direction. Smooking is allowed only on the terraces. We offer as well "long-term" rentals for 3 months and above upon negotiations.
