At the Hello Sunshine! cottage, the sun is always shining, regardless of the weather! This brightly decorated 3 bedroom cottage will keep guests comfortable and feeling good! Guests can relax on the oversized porch by the fire, cook it up in the fully stocked kitchen, or head out to the community fire pit and hiking trails just beyond the tree line in the oversized backyard. The space This cottage is filled with brand new furniture and mattresses! The cozy living room has two recliners, a sleeper sofa, and bench seating in the center of all the action! There are 2 HD/ Smart TV's in the house. The 40" is located in the living area. The 50"TV is in the bunk room with an Xbox system for guests to enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to create a culinary feast! If grilling is your thing - then you are at the right place. Guests have access tot he Memphis Pit Boss grill that boasts a gas chamber, charcoal chamber, electric smoker and traditional smoker. So throw a Boston Butt in the smoker before heading out for a day of fun and then return to a fabulous dinner! Just be sure to pull the grill out onto the grilling pad before cranking her up! Dining is al fresco at the Hello Sunshine Cottage on the spacious oversized porch- how else should one eat at the lake! The covered porch is complete with comfortable seating and a gas fireplace that is a great place to unwind after a day on the lake. Morning coffee is also a treat on the porch as you relax and take in the beautiful wooded view. The Palm room is sure to make great Instagram photos, and offers a luxurious cloud-like sleeping experience on the Jameson mattress. The main bedroom is a spa like retreat with private access to the covered porch. This room has a roomy bathroom with a large shower. The Bunkroom holds full sized bunkbeds, a beanbag chair, 50" television and Xbox One gaming system. Guest access Guests have access to a private golf cart to carry them down to the waters edge. Other things to note If you are looking for more than the lake, be sure to take in these other local attractions. The Jack Daniels Distillery is a short 15 minute ride into Lynchburg. Rutledge Falls is a breathtaking sight and moderate hike that is just 20 minutes from the cottage. The Bluegill Grill offers the best food on Tim's Ford Lake in a casual fun setting. They have live music on weekend nights during the Summer. One22 West is a great restaurant when you are looking to stay on land. They offer an excellent array of American and Italian foods. We suggest dining in or picking up one of their amazing calzones!
