Otters Hatch is a truly rare gem- located on the beachfront, with sea views from the living room & 4 of the 5 bedrooms (lie in bed & see the sea!.) It oozes charm, with oodles of period features- open fireplace, smugglers' hatches, Georgian painted wall panels and hand painted glass. The kitchen, once a separate building, is thought to be an old smoke house. There is a pretty courtyard garden and roof terrace so you can sit nestled amongst the iconic peg tile roof tops of Deal. The space There are 2 double bed rooms, one with a shower. There are 2 single bed rooms and one bunk bed room. There is a bathroom, x2 separate loos, eat in kitchen (island unit), separate dining room, lounge with open fire. Guest access There is an annex attached which you will not be able to access unless you are renting both properties for larger parties. Other things to note There are steps to the roof terrace, so be careful. There are also library ladders to a chill out area in the second main bedroom (see photo, top floor double bedroom). Roof terrace limited to 5/6 people and children need to be supervised at all times. There is however a garden too. The chill out area, as per house rules, is not suitable for infirm or children.
