A fireplace completes the focal point in this comfortable room. Turn the fireplace on and enjoy the ambiance on a chilly evening. The cabin has a loft with two twin beds which can be pulled together to make a king size bed on request. The porch allows you to enjoy the private setting and watch the birds and deer go in and out of the wooded area. Enjoy hiking trails on the property which allow for a nice afternoon walk. Enjoy some fishing for brook trout in the creek that runs through the property or take a dip in the creek. The nature lover of your crew is sure to love a getaway like this! Lots and lots of trails to enjoy, across the street you are welcome to swim in a beautiful pond. The well-equipped Kitchen has a window overlooking the woods with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee machine and coffee maker. The home has a mini split heater with air condition for the warm and chilli nights in the early summer and fall. The Cabin comfortably sleeps 4 people. The main bedroom has a queen size bed. The home has a bathroom with a shower indoor and an outdoor shower. Smart TV, free Wi-Fi . We have books to read along with some games and videos for your enjoyment in the evening. For outside enjoyment you will find a picnic table, charcoal grill, two fire pits, outdoor shower, and plenty of lawn. Firewood is provided for your enjoyment. This cabin has a loft with a ladder and is not suitable for young children or handicapped. Pets are not allowed at this time. Note: Smoking is not allowed in the cabin. Home is not handicap accessible. The location is minutes from Interstate 390, Canandaigua Lake, Reservoir Creek Golf Course, Breweries/Wineries and so much more!
