A lovely 2 Bedroom ground floor apartment in the heart of Warwick is great for short getaways or for contractors working locally. Perfectly situated just 20 mins walk from Warwick Castle or 25mins into Leamington centre, you can access both of these fascinating historic towns. This modern apartment comes with underfloor heating, a master bedroom with king size bed, and second bedroom with single bed. The living area has a breakfast bar, fully equipped kitchen and large comfortable sofa. The bathroom has a shower over bath. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm including coffee machine and washing machine. All beds and linen are hotel quality for your comfort with large fluffy towels included. The apartment comes with 1 parking space and is close to a large tescos. Parking is allocated to one bay in the car park at the rear of the building. Access is via a lock box for self check in. Early check-in or late check-out requests are charged at £15 per hour and are subject to availability. These requests must be made a minimum of 72 hours in advance to allow for changes to housekeeping rotas. We require all guests to complete a Guest Info form (to agree to our T&Cs and House Rules) and submit a copy of a valid ID prior to the release of check-in details.
