The patio is almost 400 square feet and wraps around the ocean facing portion of the residence and can be sealed off from the air conditioned portion of the condo by shutting the interior slider doors. Alternatively, for those who enjoy air conditioned indoor-outdoor living spaces the patio can be fully air conditioned by leaving the interior sliders open as is pictured above. The patio features an excellent work station for those that wish to spend time working with a fantastic view of the ocean and community grounds.
