Originally the site of a log cabin in the 1790s, the home now boasts 3 en-suite bedrooms and a multitude of gathering spaces, including large fenced-in yard with firepit. Easily access historic canal and railroad sites, miles of river and hiking trails, state game lands, and even get to a PSU game in 45 minutes! The space The first floor includes a living room/library, dining room with piano that seats 8+, large eat-in kitchen, sunroom, laundry room, mud room, and powder room. The second floor features 3 en-suite bedrooms; 1 has a king bed and a day bed with trundle and the other two have double beds. Outside spaces include a fully fenced-in side yard and a front patio. Guest access Parking is off-street for 4 or more vehicles. Historic Lower rail trail, part of the 9/11 Memorial Rail Trail, passes right in front of the property and river access is only 100 yards from the front door. Bike, hike, or paddle the scenic trail and river to historic sites and towns. Other things to note Up to two well-behaved dogs are permitted, with additional pet fee of $50 per stay.
