The complex is within walking distance to the marina, restaurants, coffee, ice cream, donuts, shopping, the summer amusement park, fishing, ATM/bank, paddleboats, bike rentals and much more. ****PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited in Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. Guests are only allotted two parking spaces, and Parking Passes are required. Carolina Beach Realty (CBR) will not be held responsible for guests with more than two vehicles or for vehicles that are towed due to negligence in using parking passes. The HOA requires large trucks, repair trucks, and extended cabs to park in the open lots and NOT under the building. **The HOA prohibits towels from being hung on the balcony rails. Trash and bags are not to be left in the hallway.
