Detached house in the heart of the Morvan

The ideal gîte to stay in the Morvan natural park. Immersed in a preserved nature, the house, isolated, has kept its old style. Facing south, it offers you an impressive view of the valley. Take a few steps and admire the flora that colours the spaces. Perhaps you will come across a stork, a newt or a salamander? Pick up chanterelles, bear's garlic or forest fruits. Do you dream of another world while watching the stars? You are there. The space ∙ Ground floor: → living room / bedroom with 2-seater sofa bed → large kitchen / dining room → bedroom with double bed → shower room → laundry room → separate toilet ∙ First floor: → bedroom with double bed → dormitory with 4 single beds, 1 bed with bars and 1 umbrella bed → bathroom → separate WC ∙ The exteriors are equipped with garden furniture: → 3 deckchairs → 1 garden table and 10 chairs → barbecue → above-ground pool 5m in diameter and 1.2m deep, open from May to September ∙ The bedding is of good quality, you will sleep well in it. ∙ You will have an efficient internet connection (300M) which allows potential teleworkers to carry out their activities without hindrance. ∙ In the cold season, the central heating is set at 19° during the day and 17° at night. The house will be heated for your arrival and the heating is ecological (biomass). Guest access You will have access to the whole house, with the exception of the cellar and a cupboard which remain private. Other things to note ∙ Bed linen is provided as well as towels and tea towels. ∙ Wood is available in the garden for the stove. ∙ In high season and during school holidays, weekly booking from Saturday to Saturday. ∙ A late check-out until 6pm can be accepted if the gite is not occupied that evening, for a supplement of 50€. ∙ Parties and evenings are allowed within the capacity of the house and in respect of the premises. You can make noise: you will not disturb anyone. ∙ The cleaning is done by a professional, nevertheless, you are asked when you leave: → To return the machines clean and empty (oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer) → To tidy up the dishes and the living room
