The space This Encinitas Beach Home is pet-friendly and boasts the highest quality furnishings throughout. This home is your home base for surfing, San Diego festivals, hiking, nature walks, family beach time, and so many more activities! The first bedroom features a luxurious beach-themed master suite with a comfortable California King bed, en-suite master bath with double vanity, jetted tub & tiled shower combination, a 55-inch wall-mounted TV, and a private balcony. The 2nd guestroom has a California redwood theme with a queen bed. We left the 3rd guestroom clean elegant theme and a double-sized bed. These bedrooms are connected by a ‘Jack & Jill’ bathroom with a separate vanity & bath/shower combination. Each of these bedrooms has their own private balcony. The 4th bedroom is a chic, San Diego nightlife-themed room featuring a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with tile and glass door shower. This home has a large, comfortable living area, perfect for conversation and games around the 6-person dining room table or catching a movie on the 65’ Smart TV! Enjoy high-speed WiFi to watch your favorite shows with ease. There is also a gas fireplace and a half bath on the main level by the kitchen. The top-of-the-line kitchen is perfect for hosting. It features stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, a Soda Stream, and all the luxury finishes and cooking items you will need to make perfect memories. A laundry room, equipped with a washer and dryer, is available for use throughout your stay. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided. Please note that our home has a private attached 2-car garage as well as one spot in the driveway. No-charge street parking is available nearby on a first come first serve basis. There's no central A/C but fans are provided and the cool ocean breeze keeps the place comfortable. Heating is available. - Beach towels, beach blanket, boogie boards and other beach items are provided - Several sippie cups, toddler bowls, and utensils are provided - Showers all have mounted dispensers with shampoo, body wash and conditioner - K-cups, sugar, creamer are provided - Iron and ironing board are provided - Each closet has hangers and laundry hampers - Fridge has through-the-door ice dispenser and filtered water - Workout equipment and yoga mats are available in the garage - Pack & Play is available in the home, free of charge - A $50 fee plus shipping costs is needed if you forget an item and request that it be shipped - Standard occupancy of this home is 7 persons.
