The Wolf's Den is a cozy, fully equipped cottage designed to meet your every need. Located on private road yet close enough to avail of our central facilities which include a fully licensed restaurant, well stocked convenience store, gas bar, lounge and RV park. Just minutes from Gros Morne! The space Jackladder Cottages are located in Scenic Big Bonne Bay Pond. Great ATVing and biking area as the trails go forever. Bonne Bay Pond is also a beautiful boating area where the fishing is second to none. With gasoline, restaurant, convenience store, lounge and RV Park nearby it makes for the perfect visit along the Viking Trail. In winter there is some of the best snowmobiling in Eastern Canada and in summer you can take in the many activities and festivals the West Coast and the Great Northern Peninsula has to offer. Our cottages are minutes from Gros Morne National Park Gateway and Deer Lake Airport. If you are looking for ATV/ Snowmobile Rentals we can help out. Boat Tours are also available on the lake or within the vicinity. Fishing? No problem - we can arrange trout fishing tours as well as family fun day tours on the lake with lunch provided. Guest access Guests are welcome to utilize the Jackladder Property for their visit. Other things to note We provide two super single beds per room. Roll away beds are available for additional guests as well. Washer and dryer facilities available through the RV park for an additional fee. If you wish for daily maid service you must request this before arrival. Things to remember before booking: We provide most things for you to stay comfortably. This includes clean facilities, towels for each guest for your stay period. Extra towels, linens, paper towels, toilet tissue refills are provided only through the maid service which must be communicated before arrival. Kitchen items like salt and pepper, coffee, coffee filters, sugar, creamer and other food items are NOT included. Same with the firewood and other amenities like soaps and shampoos. These items varies per guests needs and have to be brought with you. You can purchase through the store if needed. Propane for the barbeque can be exchanged through the store if it runs out. Just return the empty tank to the store and the staff will provide a new tank. Scrappers are provided to clean the grill by guest. Upon Check in we will require you to fill out our check in policy and provide a credit card information through our password protected system, for any damages incurred. This information is deleted after cleaning staff inspect and clean the cottage. We are an incorporated business and registered through Tourism Newfoundland and Labrador that provides chalets accommodations. We are not a private residence nor a bed and breakfast facility. We use the Airbnb platform, our web page and other platforms to allow guests to check in online.
