Since our home is maintained strictly as a short-term rental, our guests have full access to everything pictured; every room and amenity. Closets and cabinets are available for use, with the exception of a couple closets and garage that are used to store housekeeping supplies. We can’t wait to host you! Other things to note Your private getaway! Enjoy and Relax. - The pool is maintained year-round, even when its not swimming weather. Guests are always welcome to swim, but please note- request heated pool. - We take all kinds of requests from our guests to help customize your stay. For example, our help with decorating the place, extra fans etc. Don't hesitate to ask if we can do something for you! The max amount of people allowed on the property is 16. This includes people that are just visiting and not staying the night. This also includes children. If more than 16 people are present on the property it could be considered a party we will ask everybody to leave without a refund. WE STRICTLY ENFORCE THE NO PARTY POLICY! - The person that books the property will be responsible for any damages that occur during your stay, accidental or not. If you are looking for a "party home" this rental is not for you! - This is a completely private 3400 sq ft House. When you rent this house, you can expect complete privacy! NO spaces are shared with other groups or people! - Child-friendly features are available including High Chairs and a Pack n Play. - It is rare, but with large groups of people, there can occasionally be accidents that cause damage to the house. We do ask that our guests report damages and may ask for compensation for replacements or repairs. There is plenty parking for up to 10 cars in the driveway.
